Act One-Overture Audition Information

1. You are auditioning for one of two public relations performing groups for Class Act Productions. Each show choir performs locally and at other locations in the state and nation.

2. Regular rehearsals are held twice a month on Monday evenings at McCullough Junior High. Overture rehearsal is from 6:00-7:30 PM, Act One rehearsal 6:45-8:30 PM. One extra rehearsal per month will also be scheduled.

3. Members of each ensemble will be charged a monthly participation fee of $50.This fee pays for facility rental, insurance, music, and salaries.
   
   
4. Each member of the ensemble may be required to purchase a uniform for performances.
   
   
5. Travel costs may be required for special trips or performances.

6. Members are expected to be available for 100% of rehearsals and performances. Special consideration will be given for conflicts with school or church events.

7. Students chosen for the ensemble are expected to exhibit responsible behavior at all rehearsals and events.

8. Students are expected to learn all music and choreography in a timely manner.

9. Members of Act One or Overture do not have an exclusive right to be in another Class Act production without going through the regular audition process.
